From handcrafted production to preparing orders and supporting day-to-day operations, each member of our team plays an important role in our journey. Thembie joined Hannah Claire Creations in 2026 and has become such a special part of our team. She comes into the office every day and brings the most positive energy wherever she goes.

One of our wonderful CMTs, Melody comes into the office every day to help sort and prepare orders. She always has a smile on her face and brings such warmth to our team.

One of our talented CMTs who has been with Hannah Claire Creations since the very beginning. Connie works from home and lovingly handcrafts our products with such care and dedication.
Supporting Learners Through Ada Roslind Foundation.

We were incredibly proud to donate 67 handmade stationery bags to the Ada Roslind Foundation and The Khumo Project, an initiative by Emeris.
The stationery bags were donated to support learners and form part of an initiative focused on encouraging and empowering them on their educational journey.
Being able to see our locally made products used for something so meaningful is incredibly special to us.
For us, giving back doesn't always have to be something enormous. Sometimes it's about looking at what you already have, what you already make, and finding a way for it to make a difference.

Supporting Panthera Africa Big Cat Sanctuary
Our love for South Africa's wildlife is deeply woven into Hannah Claire Creations, both through our designs and through the causes we choose to support.
We are proud to regularly support Panthera Africa Big Cat Sanctuary, a non-profit sanctuary dedicated to the welfare and protection of rescued big cats.
Through our Big Cat Collection, we have been able to make ongoing contributions towards the sanctuary and the incredible work they do caring for their animals.
This is a cause especially close to our hearts. Many of our designs celebrate Africa's magnificent wildlife, so being able to use those creations to contribute towards the animals that inspire us makes this partnership particularly meaningful.
As our Big Cat Collection grows, we hope our contribution to their work can continue to grow alongside it.

1. How long will my order take?
Please note that production for your order will take between 7 to 14 working days. As a print-on-demand business run by a small team of two, we produce each item especially for you — we don’t keep large amounts of stock or operate from a big warehouse. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully create your order with the attention it deserves.

All orders are sent via The Courier Guy and shipping takes 2-3 working days.

4. Can I request a custom order or personalised design?
At the moment, we don’t offer fully custom designs. However, we love hearing your suggestions and are always open to collaborating on special projects when capacity allows. Feel free to reach out!
5. Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within South Africa. If you're based internationally and love our work, please send us an email — we’re happy to arrange custom shipping quotes where possible.
6. What’s your return policy?
Because our products are made to order, we unfortunately don’t offer returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.

While we don’t have a traditional retail store, we do have a showroom in Westlake that you’re welcome to visit by appointment.

Do your cushions include inners?
Our cushions are sold as cushion covers only and do not include inners. This allows customers the flexibility to choose their own preferred inner firmness and filling. All cushion covers feature our printed velvet front with a complementary plain velvet backing. Standard cushion inners can easily be purchased separately from most homeware retailers.
